Lisa Nan Joo is a writer of fiction, poetry and essays. She lives on Bidjigal land. Her work has previously appeared in Meanjin, Overland and Kill Your Darlings.

Lisa holds a PhD in Creative Practice from UNSW, where she has also taught literature and creative writing. Mother Waters is her forthcoming debut novel.

She is represented by Michaela McGuire at a4 Literary.
